Born for Battle

I stole the wod today from a good friend who owns Battle Born Crossfit out in Reno.  Looking at her programing she does a lot of running and cardio in her programing.  I may have to do a little more research on how she programs!

Warm Up

10 Reverse Lunges

Skill

1 round of 10 front squats just the bar no weight

5 Rounds
5 Front squats working up to a heavy 5 (finished at 195)
6 Dips

Wod

21 Box Jumps
15 Wall Balls
9 Toes 2 Bar (T2B)
21 Wall Balls
15 T2B
9 Box Jumps
21 T2B
15 Box Jumps
9 T2B

For this I used a 25 lbs slam ball for the wall balls.  First round box jumps at 30, second round at 34 and finished around 36
