Warm up this morning was the fish game and just over 900 meter rowing then 50 feet of bear crawls and 50 feet of duck walks.

Front Squats working to a one rep max
between each round 10 wide grip banded pull downs to your waist.
Got an old new pr hit 240 it felt good might have been able to get just a little heavier but it was good.
WOD
5 rounds well maybe 4 rounds for time
200 Meter Run
1 Rope Climb
5 Squat Cleans 115
10 Slam balls 30
15 Roll outs using front squat weight.
Planned to do 5 rounds but at about 27 minutes finishing up the fourth round that was enough. It was the roll out to a push up that got me.
Some times you have to listen to your body. 240 was heavy but the back of mind I thought I could get a little more but it would not have been clean and my form would have suffered. I will settle for 240 with good form.
