Started with the 8 weeks to conquer work.  Had to modify the bench to floor press just due to ease of getting to a bench or lack of ease.   This morning 180 on the floor press felt great.  After completing the 8-week course I gave the following wod a shot.  I only got through the first 100 and that took me 15 minutes.  I think every other week I will revisit this and see if I can do any better.   Long term goal is to get through this in under 30 minutes.
