Getting back into it
Figure this is a good way to track my progress and keep everyone informed on what I am doing. Spent about seven weeks in San Antonio and during that time I focused more on running than anything else. got back up to about eight miles while down there. Now the trick is get used to running in florida and start building up my distance here. Here is today's work out not the best but a light day is still an ok day.
Warm Up
2 mile run at a 8:30 pace

5 Bench Press @ 195
5 L Sit Pulls ups on rings
Then
Tabatta Rowing
Like I said light day but really was not feeling the best today so a day at the gym is better than a day on the sofa!
